Pastor Joe is founder and Senior Pastor of Christian Faith Fellowship Family Church. 

With his no-nonsense approach to teaching God's Word, Pastor's style of teaching and preaching frequently breaks down even the toughest of exteriors. Through authentic, powerful and realistic Biblical teaching, God consistently uses Pastor Joe to restore broken hearts and broken lives to healing and wholeness.

"Miss Lynn", as she is lovingly known throughout our ministry, is our Executive Pastor and Children's Ministry Director. Miss Lynn oversees the day-to-day operation of the CFF ministry. Also, in Pastor Joe's absence, Miss Lynn will sometimes deliver the message in the Main Sanctuary also known as "Big Church". Miss Lynn serves as a moving example of what God can accomplish through one mind and a set of hands that are surrendered to Him to use for His purposes.

Pastor Mike is the Associate Pastor & Technical Director of CFF.  He is also the Dean of The Word Works Bible Institute.  Plus he leads the Saturday evening Rooted services. In Pastor Joe's absence, Pastor Mike will sometimes teach in the Main Sanctuary. He is married to Cynthia and they have two beautiful daughters, Kaitlyn & MaKayla.

Pastor "Kat" is our Worship Pastor and Financial Director. With a heart for worship, Pastor Kat leads the congregation in the pursuit of sincere and intense worship of God. At CFF, if she's not up on the platform leading the worship team or directing the choir, most times you'll find Pastor Kat in her office, crunching numbers and maintaining our church financial records.

Pastor Kat & Pastor Bryant have been married since 2003, and they live in Wurtsboro, NY.

Pastor Bryant is our Pastor of Pastoral Care & Human Resource Director. Plus, he oversees the entire CFF Helps Ministry. 

Pastor Bryant's love for God is evident in his daily interactions with people. He is always prepared for prayer or an encouraging word to build up anyone who needs it.

He and Pastor Kat have been married since 2003, and reside in Wurtsboro, NY.

Pastor Jose became the full time Youth Pastor at CFF in 2009.

Pastor Jose's passion comes from a life transformed by the power of God, which he shares openly with the teens in  Chosen Varsity. We know that God is going to continue to use him greatly impact the lives of our Varsity students.

Pastor Jose and his wife, Miss Annette, reside in New Windsor, NY and have 2 teens, Karina & Josh.

Sabrina joined our staff in March 2010. God uses Sabrina's high intelligence and multiple talents to effectively flourish in her various functions on the CFF Staff.

Sabrina has been married to her husband, Emiliano, since December 1993 and they have 3 delightful daughters, Marissa, Elena & Angelica.

Sabrina currently functions as

Administrative & Financial Secretary: Assisting the Pastoral Team with administrative tasks and assisting the financial department

Facilities Manager: Oversees the church calendar and schedules building use for events and activities

Community Day and CFF Picnic Coordinator

A/V/L Director: Oversees the Audio/Visual/Lighting Ministry

Jennifer has been working at CFF since 2006. In various areas of Ministry since she became a member of CFF in 2003, Jennifer has found that she thrives anywhere God places her to serve, yet she has found her true calling in serving Pastor Kat. 

She has been married to the love of her life, Al, since 1995 and they have 4 children - Daniella, Amanda, Stephen & Victoria.

Jennifer currently functions as

Media Secretary: Oversees CFF Media

Communications Director: Oversees Welcome Center, Media Sales and Announcement Facilitators; Produces CFF publications.

Nancy has been a member of CFF since May 1987 and has been on staff since February 2000.

Nancy currently functions as

Pastor's Secretary: Schedules appointments for Pastor Joe and receives his messages

Pastoral Assistant: Oversees the Altar, Christ's Helping Hands & Prayer Ministries and assists with CFF Training Courses. Nancy also receives Prayer Requests and Praise Reports.

Nancy and her husband James, reside in Pine Bush. Nancy has a kind and courteous nature that blesses each person she comes into contact with.

Cynthia has been working on staff since 2000. Throughout the years, she has held several different positions, from Receptionist to Children's Ministry Assistant. She is married to Pastor Mike and they have two delightful daughters, Kaitlyn & MaKayla.

Currently Cynthia serves as

Office Manager: Maintaining the day to day Operations of the office

Main Receptionist: Answering phones and welcoming any visitors who arrive at the building during office hours

Wedding Coordinator: Scheduling and overseeing weddings

Cynthia enjoys helping wherever she's needed and projects that need attention to the smallest details.

Patty first attended CFF services when they were held in the Holiday Inn and has been a staff member since August 2004. 

Patty functions as

Office & Helps Ministry Assistant:  Oversees Transportation  Department, Hebrews Cafe and Host and Hostess Department

Senior Care: Assists our senior members and coordinates special activities with them in mind

Volunteer Team Coordinator: Schedules and oversees our volunteer team when necessary for large projects

During services, you will often find Patty in the Café, on the buses or on hand to assist with anything needed. Patty has been married to her husband, Paul, for 28 years, and they have 2 grown children, Faith & Jessica.

Annette joined our staff in May 2009, and serves as the Chosen Youth Assistant.  The first thing most will notice about Annette is her bright smile and vibrant energy! Her enthusiasm for serving  God with the teens is both evident and an inspiration. She is married to Pastor Jose, and they have 2 teens, Josh and Karina. 

Miss Virginia began attending CFF in 1998 and began working on staff in 2003. She currently serves as the Children's Ministry Assistant Director. Her love for God and showing kids His love on their level is inspiring. She also has amazing gift to coordinate large events. Virginia & her husband Brian, reside in Middletown and have two lovely children, Ravon and Sage.

Mary Ann has been attending CFF since 2001.  She started serving in the FitKids Nursery in 2003 & has a passion for sharing God's love with each baby she touches to give a firm foundation in God’s Word from the very beginning of their lives. In 2005, Mary Ann joined the CFF staff as the receptionist. Recently, Mary Ann's function in the ministry has changed and she now serves as a FitKids Ministry Assistant.  She has been married to her husband David since 1997 and they have 2 beautiful children, Celiann & Matthew.

Myrna is our Janitorial Department Supervisor.  She became a member of CFF in 2005. She and her husband, Bill, have 4 children.  Myrna finds great joy in praise & worship and considers herself blessed to assist in the preparation for creating an atmosphere of praise & worship at CFF.
